My Story - ABOUT THE CEO
Baltimore Beginnings – Born Into Hardship
I was born in Park Heights, Baltimore, Maryland, and lived with my biological parents until I was seven. Life was far from easy—my parents struggled with substance abuse, and survival often came before dreams.
Because of their struggles, CPS tried to place me and my siblings with my grandmother, a respected First Lady of a church, but she declined. Feeling she couldn’t take us in, we were placed into foster care, which eventually led me to live with my adoptive parent.
During this time, while my mother was allowed visitation, my adoptive parent drowned my baby sister in the tub while she was unattended. My mother later sued my adoptive parent, the Department of Social Services, and the state for negligence and wrongful death—and won, disbursing the funds among her children.
Life was harsh: police interactions were common, and sometimes we got beaten so badly the police had to intervene. Our household was highly controlled: no phones unless earned, locked refrigerators, hand-me-down clothes, and very little freedom. My opinions rarely mattered.
The only peace I found was in church. Praise and worship became my escape, my therapy, and my first source of hope. Even in pain, I remained God-fearing.
At sixteen, I got my first job at KFC, saving every dollar I could. By eighteen, still in high school, my adoptive parent kicked me out and stole my savings, leaving me homeless.
Yet, I still graduated, even while living on the streets.
Early Adulthood – Independence at 21
At 21, after winning my court case and securing a room to rent on Hollins Street in Baltimore, I began working at the airport and living independently.
It was during this time that I reflected on my early childhood—the loss, instability, and abuse I endured. These experiences shaped my drive, trust in others, and determination to create stability, not just for myself, but for others.

Early Entrepreneurship & Sales
Throughout my twenties, I explored ways to avoid working for someone else forever. I tried multilevel marketing, started my first business, and went back to school for business administration, real estate, and entrepreneurship.
Nothing taught me more than sales. A mentor I met, a former manager from KFC, introduced me to the business world. I began working with transportation companies, helping CEOs scale their businesses, prospect new ideas, and create innovative solutions. These experiences gave me tools, but something still felt missing.
Dallas, Texas – Growth & Opportunity
I eventually left Baltimore for Dallas. I needed a new environment to expand my mind and test my abilities. Dallas taught me resilience, connection, and persistence in a city where I had no roots.
In 2017, someone asked me about Forex trading. At first, I ignored them, thinking it was a scam. But the next time, I asked questions and dove in fully. That decision changed my life, leading me to become a Forex trader and mentor, which later integrated with my business vision.
California – Sleeping in My Car, Learning Empathy
In 2018, I moved to California to help grow Comcast/Xfinity’s wireless base in San Francisco. I slept in my car while working, but I saw firsthand that providing real value opens doors.
California also taught me empathy and patience—the importance of connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them change their situations. I learned that some people must want help for themselves.
Back to Dallas – Networking & Real Estate
Returning to Dallas, I worked for Verizon in Allen, TX, growing store profits and eventually becoming Store Manager in Fort Worth and Training Manager over the region until 2021.
Through these roles, I connected with entrepreneurs and business owners, sharing ideas and learning about Airbnb strategies and real estate opportunities. I partnered with young men doing what I wanted to do, merging my Forex brand with real estate knowledge, building a foundation for Sky Management Enterprise.
Even while working for Spectrum, I treated every role as a networking opportunity, bringing me closer to my vision of helping others achieve financial freedom and stability.

Atlanta – Bringing Change Home
Recently, I moved to Atlanta, a city I once said I’d never live in—the Black Mecca. Here, I saw the same struggles I grew up with:

Evictions and rental balances keeping families trapped
