Refund Policy for Sky Management Enterprise

At Sky Management Enterprise ("we," "us," or "our"), we aim to provide high-value services tailored to your housing, credit, trading, and financial needs. Due to the personalized, digital, and advisory nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict refund policy. All refunds are at our sole discretion and must comply with applicable laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) for credit-related services (note: our services are advisory and not formal credit repair). Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method, minus any processing fees (typically 3-5%), and may take 10-45 days depending on your financial institution.

By purchasing any service, you agree to this policy. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes depend on individual circumstances, market conditions, or third-party decisions (e.g., landlords, credit bureaus, or funding providers like ROK Financial). We do not guarantee approvals, improvements, or profits.

General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds are only considered for unfulfilled services due to our error (e.g., technical issues preventing access).

  • Digital materials, coaching sessions, or reports are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or initiated, as they are considered delivered immediately.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@skymanagemententerprise.org within the specified window, including proof of purchase and a detailed reason.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse of the policy, repeated requests, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.

Service-Specific Refund Policies

  1. DIY Second-Chance Rental Service ($189)

    • This rental assistance service provides personalized coaching and access to prequalified properties. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no coaching session has occurred and no property matches have been provided. After initiation or access to resources, no refunds. Prorated refunds (50%) if no suitable properties are matched within 14 days.

  2. Forex & Bitcoin Trading Education Service ($450)

    • This online course includes Zoom lessons and mentorship. No refunds once the course begins, materials are accessed, or any session is attended, due to the digital and educational nature. Refunds may be considered within 3 days of purchase if no access has been granted. Note: Trading involves risk; past results do not guarantee future performance.

  3. Credit Coach Service ($250)

    • Personalized one-on-one advisory sessions via Zoom or phone. No refunds after the first session or access to educational materials. Refunds possible within 7 days if no session has occurred. As an advisory service, we comply with CROA by not guaranteeing credit improvements—refunds for undelivered sessions only.

  4. Tenant Screening & Rental Reports Services ($30)

    • Generates credit, background, and rental history reports. Refunds within 24 hours of purchase if the report has not been processed or delivered. No refunds after report generation, as it involves third-party data pulls (e.g., credit bureaus). Application or screening fees are non-refundable in line with industry standards.

  5. Business Credit & Funding Strategy Service ($1,000, sale from $1,200)

    • Includes roadmap, guidance, and optional support. No refunds once the strategy session begins or materials are provided. Refunds may be requested within 7 days if no services have been rendered. For bundled funding referrals, see below.

  6. Full Subleasing Service ($300)

    • Handles subleasing in Atlanta and expanding areas. Refunds if no sublease is secured within 7 days of application submission (prorated based on work completed). No refunds after approval or partial service delivery. Upfront fees cover processing and are non-refundable.

  7. ROK Financial Referral Service (Free with Bundled Services)

    • As a referral partner, we connect clients to ROK for funding options (e.g., lines of credit, equipment leasing, merchant cash advances). This is complimentary with paid services like Credit Coach or Business Funding Strategy—no direct fees, so no refunds apply. If a handling add-on fee is charged (e.g., $200 for submission assistance), refunds within 7 days if no referral is processed. Funding decisions are ROK's sole responsibility; we are not liable for denials or delays. Commissions earned by us may be subject to clawbacks per our agreement with ROK (e.g., if funding defaults within 45 days).

Exceptions and Dispute Resolution

  • Full refunds for services not delivered due to our fault (e.g., system errors) within 30 days of purchase.

  • No refunds for third-party costs (e.g., credit bureau fees in screenings) or if you violate terms (e.g., providing false information).

  • If dissatisfied, contact us first—we may offer alternatives like credits toward other services.

  • This policy is governed by Wyoming law. Disputes will be resolved in Sheridan County courts.
